Taking place on 31 July at the exclusive 15 on Orange Hotel in Cape Town, The Fashion Affair showcased beautiful garments by international and local designers. The one small seed TV crew, with presenters Coral and Pardy, were in attendance at this Designer Rail Sale and captured all the glamour, glitz, and styling wonders that were cultivated by the socialites and fashion aficionados. The ‘Discotheque & Dont Party presents A1 Bassline’ party was all about indulging the crowd with amplified electro contours from top local DJs and the international headliner A1 Bassline. one small seed presenter Nicky Bruce interviews the renowned UK producer/DJ - mister A1 himself - about representing British house, the SA crowd lovin’ the criminally hard beats and even the smell of penguins…! On the 4th August 2010, Billy Talent arrived in South Africa, with Cape Town being their first destination, and performed at the 3 Arts Theatre in Plumstead on the 7th August. Four hours before the gig, the one small seed TV crew sat down with lead singer Ben Kowalewicz and drummer Aaron Solowoniuk to talk about their humble beginnings and their experience of the punk-rock scene over the last 17 years. We also captured the guys in action on stage as they thrilled the audience with a high-energy fuelled performance. Early in March, Don’t Party hosted a pumping electro night at The Assembly in Cape Town. Featuring international deckmaster Gtronic as well as wildly popular local acts P.H.Fat, Richard the Third, Zim Dollar and Haezer, it was a night fuelled by dizzy tunes, wild dancing and even crazier antics.
